Shipping policy

Ordered goods will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery method to the specified address. Incorrectly provided delivery addresses are the responsibility of the user and may give rise to additional costs that will be charged to the user. All delivery costs are subject to change without notice. All goods are delivered subject to availability. The maximum delivery time is fourteen days, counting from the day after your order.

If we are unable to deliver your goods within fourteen days, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and inform you of the expected delivery date. If we are unable to deliver our products due to a storage error, shortage or any other unforeseen circumstance, your order will be canceled and we will inform you of this. This will be followed by a refund of the canceled product(s). If we are unable to deliver the goods within fourteen days, you can also cancel the undelivered orders/products yourself at any time after the notification of a late delivery. If payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund.

If the goods delivered by us were damaged during transport, do not correspond to the items stated on the delivery note or do not correspond to the items you ordered, you must report this and return the items to us within 1  fourteen calendar days of receipt. If we do not receive such notification, the customer is deemed to have accepted the articles as satisfactory. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential damage due to late delivery or non-delivery by the carrier appointed by the company. Our liability 2  in such cases remains limited to the value of the items that are proven not to have been received by the customer.
