        2.1. General purposes:

        DBP will only use your Personal Data for:

        • Category 1: the provision and improvement of our Website and the inclusion of Personal Data in anonymous statistics and its use for other marketing purposes, from which the identity of specific individuals or companies cannot be traced, with the legal basis being your explicit, prior consent on your first visit to our Website;

        • Category 2, 3 and 4: direct marketing, newsletters, actions and promotions by DBP itself, with the legal basis being our legitimate interest with regard to existing customers or your explicit, prior consent if you are not yet a customer of DBP.         • Category 5: the delivery and invoicing of products or services ordered by you, with the legal basis being the performance of a contract requested by you and for which the processing of your Personal Data is necessary because required by law or because DBP have a legitimate interest to do so.

        We also use your personal data for direct marketing, but only if you give us explicit consent (‘opt-in’) or if you are one of our existing customers.
