Shipping

We try to process every order as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch every parcel within two working days. Within Belgium, your order will then arrive within 2 to 5 working days. Within the Netherlands it is between 3 and 5 working days.

 

Refund

In accordance with distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel or return any order placed through the website within 14 calendar days from the day after the delivery date. This does not apply to items personalised at your request.

To cancel an item, you can send us, DBP Plastics NV, Terbekehofdreef 25-29, 2610 Wilrijk, an unambiguous statement by e-mail to info@amuseyourday.com stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. In this, you also inform us of your customer number and the order number of the order.

During the first 14 days after delivery, we expect you to handle the order and its packaging with care. If you still wish to return the goods, you may only unpack or use them to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the good. We would ask you to return the goods in their original packaging.

All items will be returned at the customer's expense. For products that were damaged or faulty upon delivery, we will refund the cost upon receipt of the items.
